The Snook bite continues to be the proven steady action with plenty of fish chewing on the east side of Pine Island Sound directly across from Sanibel and Captiva Islands.  We found bigger Snook on the early morning high tides along the Fort Myers and Cape Coral shorelines.  Live pilchards worked best deep under the trees. 


We are also finding some nice Redfish inside Matlacha pass oyster bars on the low tides. Cut bait worked the best just on the edge of the bars.
