 in a quiet peaceful part of Florida known as The Forgotten Coast, Panacea FL.

We primarily charter out of Alligator Point (Panacea FL), however we will fish and guide anywhere from historic St. Marks to the Quant fishing town of Apalachicola. We will fish beyond those areas with special request. In detail, we fish; Panacea, Dickerson Bay, Shell Point, St.Marks, Wakulla River, Wakulla Beach, Ochlockonee Bay, Port Leon, Lanark, Carrebelle, Dog Island, St. George Island, St.Vincent Island, mainly Alligator Point Bay, and more.  

 

Bow Fishing!

Whether you’re a pro, recreational or green horn bow fisher, let’s sling some arrows in Panacea FL! The whole trip consists of being on your toes waiting to see your fish. Put your speed and shot to the test and see who can fill the cooler up the quickest. Don’t have a bow? No problem, we will even give you a free crash course to show you how to use one. Our bows pull back weight are adjustable and are equipped with the AMS quick retrieve* set ups. If you or your kids want some immediate action and like the thought of using a bow and arrow to harvest fish, then bow fishing is for you.

Scalloping!

Scalloping is nothing short of pure fun! I get a burst of adrenaline every time I find one, you can find them just sitting on the bottom. It is very simple and easy, just pick the scallop up, and quickly put it in your bag because they do swim! It is a blast for the whole family, simply strap on your fins, mask and snorkel then start your hunt. Though they are smaller than the scallops you’re used to at a restaurant, they are much better tasting!!! The most difficult part of scalloping is the shucking process, but don’t worry we can either help you out, or shuck’em for you!

Alligator Hunting!

Want even more adrenaline you junkie and night owl? Come join us in Panacea on a hunt of a lifetime. There is nothing more exciting than being behind a rod with an 850 pound gator on the other end! Our primary technique for catching alligator is using a sturdy rod, heavy duty reel, tough line and a big weighted snatch hook. Once he is on and you reel him in, we will have a power head* ready with his name on it. (Or if needed a harpoon first.) This is an indescribable adventure to say the least! When your spotlight hits those red glowing eyes of the gator you are after, your heart begins to beat fast and hard. Then, when you get close enough and throw that hook over him, your heart is beating its way out of your chest. As soon as you feel the might and tension on your line, your heart is out of your chest and your whole body is running solely on your overflow of excitement and adrenaline. But just wait, the best part is yet to come. When that gator is on the side of the boat thrashing back in forth, you are hooked for life…. It is unexplainable! Once that gator is in the boat with you, and you finally have time to breathe and try to figure out what planet you are on from fun overload, you realize…you have just demolished the boundaries of a boring numb life. Most people never get to experience such life and excitement due to fear and whatever else. But you my friend have stepped into a different world, a world of freedom from fear, boundaries, and doubt. You have conquered your own beast.

  *AMS quick retrieve is a reel set up on your bow that enables your line (that is attached to your arrow) to drag free follow your arrow, and then helps you pull in your fish with ease. 

*Power head is also known as a bang stick, or shark stick is a specialized firearm used underwater that is fired when in direct contact with the target.
