Finally got some cooler weather and that’s got the Redfish and Snook on the move and hungry!
The Redfish action has been nothing short of spectacular along Pine Island Sound along the shores of Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. Also experienced some great Redfish action in Matlacha Pass on the higher afternoon tides. Big Snook are moving into the Caloosahatchee River and pods of very nice fish can be found on both the Cape Coral and Fort Myers shorelines. Best action has been early in the morning with live bait or on the strong outgoing tide before sunset. Looks like this big cold front is headed out with some warmer weather on the way. That means the fish will be on the rebound and ready to strike!!! Book your trip today with Captain Jay!
