Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Matlacha and Pine Island Fishing Report

April has been one of the best fishing months we've had in southwest Florida and there are no signs of slowing down!

By far the Snook fishing has been out of this world lately with big upper slot fish landed daily.  We’re finding Snook of all sizes along the mangroves of Sanibel and Captiva Islands on the incoming tide.  Lots of fish to be found along Pine Island and Matlacha Pass at the top of the tide as well!

Our guests had a blast with upper slot and over slot Trout fishing these past few weeks with great fish landed along the Cape Coral and Fort Myers shoreline of the Caloosahatchee river.

I don’t see how it can get any better in May but we are ready with only a few days left.  Call us directly to book your trip and get on the hottest  bite we’ve seen in years!  Come see why we are consistently rated as the top fishing, sightseeing, and shelling charter in Cape Coral and Fort Myers!

Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Matlacha and Pine Island Fishing Report

Snook, Redfish, Trout and even Sheepshead were on the chopping block this past week. Gotta love this time of year!!

The Redfish are starting to show up in better numbers and providing for a great fight!  Been sight fishing some nice upper slot Reds on the oyster bars around Sanibel and Captiva Islands during the late morning low tide.

Snook fishing continues to remain strong along the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River and the shore lines of Cape Coral and Fort Myers.  We also found some bigger fish in Matlacha pass during the late afternoon high tide.

Got a request from some very special clients for some Sheepshead and while the water temps are nearing 80 degrees, we still managed to find out limit of nice quality fish along the east wall of Pine Island Sound. Probably it for sheeps until next year!

Couple days still available for April.  Give us a call, text or email to book your trip! Let us show you why we are the top rated fishing, shelling and eco charter service in all of southwest Florida!!!
